Thames Technology achieves Cyber Essentials certification
Thames Technology takes important steps to improve its cyber security
Thames Technology are very proud to announce that the company has achieved Cyber Essentials certification awarded by the National Cyber Security Centre for recognition of good practice in data security.
Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, Government backed scheme that helps organisations of all sizes to protect themselves against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.
With cyber crime on the increase, Thames Technology has taken this step to ensure that it minimises its vulnerability even to simple attacks to ensure the company is not targeted for more in-depth unwanted attention from cyber criminals and others.
In order to achieve the certification, the company had to undergo and series of compliance checks and upgrades of its IT infrastructure and firewalls.
