Print Quality

The digital print personalisation is produced at 2,400dpi compared to the standard 300dpi on a desktop printer. 

We use advanced sheet fed Digital Print, Digital Lithographic and Screen technologies to Manufacture cards with very high quality durable edge-to-edge print. Cards can feature enhancements such as HiCo and LoCo magnetic stripes, signature panels, encoding, individual personalisation, holograms and other security features.

Card Durability

The personalisation sits under the card’s main laminate layers so it cannot be worn off which is important for photos and barcodes. By digitally printing cards in sheet form means that the printed layers are placed below the protective outer surface layers during lamination. This gives excellent durability compared to desktop printing.

Personalisation

We use our advanced digital process to individually personalise cards with photographs and data while in sheet form during manufacture. This enables us to produce very high quality and durable edge to edge personalised print, while overcoming the speed, print quality and consumable cost issues associated with traditional dye-sublimation and re-transfer processes.

Contactless Smartcards

We manufacture proximity contactless cards by including an inner core containing chips and antennae during the lamination process. We are able to supply many types of contactless smartcard including MIFARE Classic® and MIFARE® DESFire® EV1 and EV2.

Contact Smartcards

We manufacture contact chip cards using an automated robotic process which mills blank or pre-printed cards and installs a surface contact chip. A variety of chips can be used including EPROM programmable memory chips and microprocessor chips such as JCOP. This process can also be used to chip contactless smartcards creating hybrid cards.

Encoding & Accessories

We can program and encode smartcards to our customers specifications. All cards can be supplied with accessories such as lanyards, yo-yos, holders and clips.
