Thames Technology employees to benefit from latest wellbeing support measures

Thames Technology is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Coyle Health & Wellbeing to provide its employees with a wellbeing support scheme.

Initiatives available to staff include, onsite support from a health and wellbeing manager, nutritional advice, smoothie mornings and mental health support.

As part of the support on offer, employees can also take part in a six-week boot camp which includes daily workouts and a complete nutrition plan to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Che Colford, General Manager at Thames Technology, said:

“Our employees are essential to everything that we do, and the wellbeing of our team is of highest importance. We are proud to provide a range of initiatives to support positive mental health and wellbeing.”

In addition to these initiatives, Thames Technology also offers its employees access to a health cash plan which allows staff to claim money back on optical, dental, and medical treatments as well as some complementary therapies.

The health cash plan and Thames Technology’s employee benefit scheme also give staff 24/7 telephone access to a qualified GP and counselling.

This follows on from the successful introduction of the scheme by Paragon ID UK, Thames Technology’s parent company, at its office in Hull.
