Utility companies use cards and key fobs to allow their customers to make pre-payments on their accounts whether it is for Water, Gas or Electricity. Thames has a secure data protocol that complies with PCI standards and that protocol is used for all of our clients. It allows the transfer of highly sensitive customer data to our secure server. We then process the data and apply it to the branded cards and fobs of the utility company. A personalised letter is produced and automatically matched to the correct card, folded and inserted into an envelope ready to post.
We are able to provide energy top-up cards which can be shipped to engineers or direct to the customers' home. We also deliver digital engagements with client customers, such as timely SMS and/or email notifications and mobile wallets to notify the customer of upcoming payments.
